1 Remove directing brakes with a support and inserted pads and adhere their wire to a suspension bracket. A brake hose do not disconnect, otherwise after installation it is necessary to delete air from system.

2 Turn out the screw of fastening by-4 face key and on 5 mm.

3 Remove a brake disk.

Ventilated brake disks balanced. It is not necessary to take out or displace balancing скобы on internal diameter of a brake disk.

For achievement of uniform braking from both parties both brake disks should have an identical surface concerning quality and a roughness. Therefore necessarily it is necessary to replace or pierce both brake disks.

At check of disks on palpation, address to Specifications for its admissible values.

1 Measure a thickness of a brake disk, address to Section Measurement of a thickness of a brake disk.
2 If there is a rust on a flange of a disk and a wheel nave, remove it.
3 Clear a nitrothinner new disks of a sheeting.
4 Establish a disk on a nave and turn so that apertures under bolts coincided. Tighten bolts a face key the moment 16 Nm.
5 Establish into place bracket brakes with a support and inserted pads, address to corresponding section.
6 New brake disks it is necessary to earn extra cautiously for three receptions. The first reception: five braking since speed of 50 km/hour strong pressing a brake pedal road where there is no traffic. The second reception: Allow to brakes to be cooled. The third reception: 5 More braking since speed of 50 km/hour.
