Power shafts have various length. Shorter power shaft, on the right longer at the left settles down. If both power shafts act in film, they before removal are necessary for marking.
1 Bring down a chisel of a plane and turn away a nut with a fillet-1.
The nut sits very strongly. Therefore from safety reasons turn on a nut when the car costs on wheels. To exclude проворачивание wheels, ask the assistant to press a brake pedal.
2 Mark a paint position of a corresponding back wheel concerning a nave. It will allow to establish at assemblage balanced a wheel in its former position. Loosen the bolts of fastening of a wheel at the car standing on the earth. Lift a back part of the car, put it on supports and remove a back wheel.
3 Disconnect behind system of release of the fulfilled gases, lower it and prop up.
4 Disconnect the stabilizer of cross-section stability-1 from a beam of a back suspension bracket (the marksman on an illustration) and take away downwards. Instructions: On an illustration the left fastening is shown only.
5 Turn away a nut with a fillet from a power shaft.
6 Turn away six (arrows on an illustration). Wring out it from a conducted flange and suspend, having fixed a wire.
Do not suppose, that the power shaft has hung. Otherwise the external hinge will be overloaded.
On an illustration three screws of fastening are visible only.
7 it is For this purpose necessary corresponding or tool BMW, address to an illustration. The stripper 332116 fastens two bolts of fastening of a wheel, and the screw 33211 is rolled in a power shaft by вворачивания in a carving element 332117. Thereof the power shaft is squeezed out.
8 Remove a power shaft.
1 Bring a power shaft and suspend on a wire.
2 Involve a power shaft by means of a crosspiece 332116, and also the screw 332119 from the screw plug 332115. Thus at first screw the screw on a power shaft. On other party of the screw screw on it the carving plug and rotate towards a crosspiece. Thus, the power shaft is involved in a nave. Watch that Slots a power shaft and a nave before retraction coincided.
3 Slightly grease an adjoining surface of a nut and screw it.
4 Bring a power shaft to differential. Screw screws Torx with laths and tighten the moment 65 Nm.
5 Remove a wire from an axis.
6 Lift the stabilizer and fix it.
7 Establish behind release system, address to Section Removal and installation of system of release.
8 Establish into place a back wheel so that the marks put at removal have coincided. Preliminary grease with a thin layer bearing greasings aligning belt of a disk of a wheel on a nave. Bolts of fastening of a wheel do not grease. Rusty bolts replace. Wrap bolts. Lower the car on wheels.
9 Tighten a nut with a fillet the moment 250 Nm. Thus to fix a wheel, ask the assistant to press a brake pedal.
10 Raschekante a nut, having fixed it, thus, from отворачивания for what with the help выколотки press a nut fillet into a power shaft groove.
11 Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel cross-wise the moment 100 Nm.
22 Fix the stabilizer for what provide empty weight of the car, address to Section Removal and installation of the back shock-absorber.
